Our Story

We’ve Been Building and Renovating Spaces Since 2001

Ryan and Caleb’s close friendship dates back to their shared passion for football at Mississinewa High School. Caleb’s desire to self-perform his multi-family builds in Grant and surrounding counties, coupled with Ryan’s growing involvement in commercial construction projects for industrial customers, led them to prayerfully establish our company in early 2022.

Our culture is entirely centered on Christ, and we strive to reflect our faith through our actions and service to others. We prioritize treating our employees, customers, and vendors with the same level of respect and care that we would want to receive, and always following through on our promises.

We take pride in serving our community by providing exceptional commercial and industrial building solutions, with a particular focus on small commercial projects up to $500k.

Caleb Crandall

Owner

Caleb Crandall was a standout football player at Mississinewa High School, earning All Conference and Honorable Mention All State honors in 1998. He went on to enroll in Bluffton College in 1999, where he studied accounting and played football. During this time, he also served in the Army Reserves from 1999 to 2004, completing basic training at Fort Knox and advanced individual training at Fort Jackson, SC. In 2000, he enrolled in the graduate program in HR and accounting at the University of Oklahoma, and from 2001 to 2005, he worked for Duffy Cox CPA LLC.

In 2006, Caleb Crandall founded Mississinewa Management Inc, a company specializing in the value add rehab, turnaround, new builds, repositioning, and sales of market rate apartment communities throughout Indiana. Over the past 17+ years, the company has grown from flipping houses and duplexes to managing over 500 units, and has successfully navigated multiple recessions, COVID lockdowns, and housing bubbles, becoming a leader in the North Central Indiana market rate apartments.

Ryan Fanning

Owner

Ryan Fanning is one of the proud owners of CF Property Solutions, a company that has been making a name for itself in the carpentry industry. With a degree in applied building technologies and 10 years of experience in commercial carpentry, Ryan has become a skilled journeyman carpenter. In addition to his carpentry experience, Ryan has 15 years of industrial supply sales, management, and consulting experience, all gained through working in Central and Northern Indiana.

As the owner of CFBS and TFPS, Ryan has become an employer to over 100 people in Indiana and Georgia, providing jobs and opportunities for people in the area. Above all else, Ryan is a follower of Jesus, and is a devoted husband to Tonya and father to Rian. His commitment to his family and his faith is reflected in the way he does business, always striving to provide quality work and build strong relationships with his clients.
